Please fill out the following information in order to submit payment by check for your upcoming session in our Adult Recreational Class.

  2. Hit "REGISTER ME FOR ARC!" button to send information.
  3. MAIL YOUR CHECK TO:

    Please call the SJT office at 408-293-9344 if you have any questions.
All ARC sessions are on Sundays, 11:30AM - 1:30PM.
ARC Session Fee:
This session is full
Spring 2012: Apr 1 - May 20 $225.00
Fall 2012: Sept 30 - Nov 18 $225.00
* if listed as "FULL" you can call our office to be put on a waiting list (408-293-9344). You will be notified if space becomes available.

By checking this box, I fully understand that I waive the members, officers, and staff members of the San Jose Taiko from any responsibility for any injury or accident that may occur during any activity held by the San Jose Taiko. I also claim that I am physically fit to participate in the activities sponsored by San Jose Taiko.

I also understand that my space in this class will not be reserved until San Jose Taiko receives my check.

 

 

*CANCELLATION POLICY: If you drop out more than 3 weeks before the start of your session you will be refunded $175 of your fee. No refunds will be givin if you give less than 3 weeks notice.

There are NO MAKE-UP classes or FUTURE CREDITS to any other San Jose Taiko program/activity.
